Recently i come back to sell some currency on PA.
I sold the currency for a few $ bucks and waited about 7 days for the payment never received! The PA paypal payments was good for me even if it was 8-6 $!
After contacted a support they told me that they have changed the system and now they use payoneer (the minimum payout value for Payoneer Account is $20 ) otherwise I have to use skrill !
So basically what's going on with PA paypal ?
