Better off with the 750 especially if you're gonna over clock

i change the set up with better cpu, downgrade the gpu and change the mother board and cooler

CPU: I7 4770k
GPU: MSI GTX 950
MOBO : MSI z97 gaming 7
Cooler : Enermax Lidmax 2 240
Ram : Hyperx fury 2x4 8 gb ddr3 1866

730w this gonna be good for all that ?

1000w to be on the safe side imo.

1000 W is too much ... 650 W - 750 W is ok .

50 or 60A for 12V rail should be enough.

And of course get a certified PSU with good efficiency. I like / trust Corsair PSUs, also Seasonic are good too.

650W is enough for this PCbuild, and u can OC with 650W power supply. Only if you will want to add one more 960 u can buy 750W. But 650is good enough so, u dont need to pay more for no reason

750WATT and look for better 80+ efficiency certification.
titanium only 1000w+>platinum>bronze

And you might want to consider a MODULAR/Cable Management to keep the pc tidy in case you need to install more components later on, such as harddrives or another graphics card.
