Better off with the 750 especially if you're gonna over clock

Just go for a 1000W, you never know if you will want to do SLI in the future. my favorite PS brand is Seasonic. check some reviews on that before you buy anything else.

750 Watt should be enough.
SLI is not that recommendable since it doesnt give you that much of a power and is often not supported.

i change the set up with better cpu, downgrade the gpu and change the mother board and cooler

50 or 60A for 12V rail should be enough.

And of course get a certified PSU with good efficiency. I like / trust Corsair PSUs, also Seasonic are good too.

650W is enough for this PCbuild, and u can OC with 650W power supply. Only if you will want to add one more 960 u can buy 750W. But 650is good enough so, u dont need to pay more for no reason

And you might want to consider a MODULAR/Cable Management to keep the pc tidy in case you need to install more components later on, such as harddrives or another graphics card.
