Screenshots? logs? any evidence at all other than an IP sharer claiming i am that lied to someone about their account and bought it for 300 dollars less and then wouldnt refund? Well for some time i have looking at Rangler's tradeing history, [Somewhat] and i belive that he did scam some1. I have no proof at all of this so im gonna be the last person to call him something that i dont know if its true or not. I'm sorry for your losses if he really did scam you. This can show all of us to take extra precautions when dealing with high end tradeing. I understand the point of a thread like this to warn people i guess, but some1s word agaisnt some1 elses really doesnt help prove any1s point. Just always ask yourself next time befor tradeing, am i somehow covered if this thing goes bad? Sometimes its hard and alot of people say that you nvr are really protected whether your the buyer or seller. If you ever need some xtra help with a transaction just let me know. fine you want me to explain the situation i will, i bought a Char(Takeno on Shiva) from rangler at march 3rd, i payed his ingame friend 250$ for the acc as he said he didnt have paypal(lol lie) so everything went smooth i payed he gave me acc everything good! So about last week i bought another acc from him for 11mil in game, everything went good again. few days after i bought the 2nd acc(justav on shiva) he ask if he can use the acc to camp HNM as i was going to sell them off to another person to repay some $ since it was few days befor i sell it, and i've done previous transaction that went good with him prior to these 2 acc so i say why not his a trustable guy.(i know stupid part of me giving him access learn my lesson now) first day was good no pwd change, tho 2nd day AFTER he told me he is going to restart his comp(lol every scammer use this excuse, and blocks you which he did) my acc pwd change as i was trying to log in to sell some of the remaining gil on it. tho i try to talk to him INGAME he didnt respond to me, when he did he bascially admit to stealing the acc back but didnt give me a reason what so ever. beware when trading/selling to him i've heard he was scammer in the past but the new trushwho markee thing took off his negative rating which i just remember he had.

YES rangler33 is a scamer he did give me 750$ via playpal but
he scamed paypal saying unauth. bank account useage s playpal gave him 750$ back and i got stuck with a bill from paypal for 750$ that i have to pay back

he did come thru with what he promis, but its after i bought those acc he screw me over, kind of stupid on my part i admit but none the less his a scammer. even blocked me on aim/msn wouldnt respond in game or anything or even play stupid when he did respond to me ONCE in game but soon all his acc will be banned but i'm just getting this out there for future FFXI trader

edit: he screw me over 2 acc btw worth about 700$ just so he can upgrade his relic GK ingame....what a piece of crap

 

I've dealt with him numerous times without a problem and I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not by any means saying he hasn't done anything to you, just that he's had several opportunities to screw me over and hasn't. I've taken quite a few risky chances with him that require alot of trust and he always comes through.
