Warrior was scammed from me Kcj accounts has it and will not help

This warrior is mine and it was scammed from me from some guy, I'm one of those trust worthy people on these forums and now my warrior is in the hands of KcJ which ive tried concacting and i guess the guy on aim is only "support" We used vent to do the trade so there is no logs but as you see that warrior is mine and looks exaclty the same from his pic and mine. I dont want a recall war with this account and like Ive said the Kcj support guy is crude and does not help. At all. any suggestions? He said that someone will email me but its already has been a day.
 
Alright, I know that it is not my place to speak on something that does not concern me, but I think that KcJ has around the same policy as me.

If you trade or resell the account, you relinquish any and ALL rights to help from us if the account is recalled, scammed, etc.

You traded the account, you got scammed, and then you expect KcJ to help you out because you screwed up. The blame is on your shoulders and not KcJ's.

As for the situation, I am sure KcJ is trying to figure out who should now be the rightful owner of that account and is ensuring that you are not pulling the scam instead of the other individual.

Also, where is your proof that KcJ has the account, proof that you bought the account, etc.?

Logs and screenshots would be beneficial to your case here.
 
I know the toons name and all as you see from my post and his the toons look exactly the same. I'm the OO owner from the account I got an offer from one guy he seemed legit and he was talking about how much he knew kcj and all this. I told kcj the toons name what server it was on the account info and all. By now its probly was xfered off the account onto a new one which im not aware of.

Toons look exactly the same. The support guy said i should get an email which im waiting for but if I dont get it soon i will continue this post.
 
Where are the logs that you ever bought the account? Where do you show that you even ever had possession of it. You need to prove ownership if you plan to see any recourse taken.

If you trade was via vent, then the scammer knew exactly what he was doing and got you. I am failing to see how this is KcJ's fault.

You need to CONCRETE proof that a scam took place. Thus far, I have yet to see any proof.

How about your logs with KcJ? Surely those could be of some help. How about paypal transaction logs for the original purchase of the Scarab Lord?

Not trying to harp on you or KcJ. I am just trying to say that if you are going to go up against a reseller that has sufficient reputation on these forums, you are going to need to bring a bigger stick to the fight. Thus far, you are bringing a twig.
 
im not saying that it was kcj i said it could have been one of them all im saying that the account was scammed from me which im the >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>OO<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< I did not buy this account from him. all im saying is that the account was scammed from me from a guy that he said he know kcj so im assuming it could have been one of them or the guy that "knows" him. gave him my account to sell. I have all the info for the account that prooves im the owner ive talked to them about this issue. If I have to I will recall the account but I dont want to cause that will take about a month to handle. Ive been a loyal member of these forums and ive never scammed anyone.

Hello, I was just made aware of this thread ;

We received this warrior from one of our long time clients who asked us to help him find buyers for his Scarab Lord in order to purchase an account from my company. Knew he was not the original owner but the account was assured safe, as he had purchased it from the original owner. Its looking like our client got scammed by the same person who scammed the account from Geewiz. We are awaiting reply from our client and if what looks to be turns out the truth than Geewiz will receive his account information.

This issue was being taken care of privately & my support told him an email would be sent today.
