Naitsirt is the guy's name on MD. TristianLewis is AIM.
A little background information: this guy played since pre-bc days. He raided AQ40/Naxx/BWL. He then quit and sold his mage and started account trading/selling (whether this is true or not is debatable; he could be simply scamming accounts during this time). He asked this guy on the server to get on his shaman to raid for him. It was a Dranei Shaman with 4/8 T6, full BT/Hyjal healing set, full epic pve elemental set, and 3/5 S3 enh gear. He then managed to somehow get his secret answer and called blizzard to change to email (when you do this, you bypass the need to know the person's email account info). Once he had email and SQ/A, he started advertising on MD: http://www.markeedragon.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/1347600/gonew/1#UNREAD.
He traded with me for my full S3 NE hunter. Everything went smoothly and we had no issues. I even called his house number to verify. All went well. However, he claims that he sells/trades often, but he doesn't have any rep on MD. He also had to ask me how to make a rep page. I thought that he may be new to MD, so I didn't really make it a big deal. Then, I log onto the shaman and this random guy is frantically whispering me. I then talk to him on vent and figure out the whole situation. The guy who was frantically whispering me was the OO. I then go into the guild vent and his story is proven true (The guild is on the fourth boss of Sunwell). He also verified all information on the account and sent me a photo ID. Sure enough, when I try to confront the scammer about it on AIM, he does not respond and quickly blocks me. All information was already exchanged so I'll have to wait 'till tomorrow to call Blizzard about it.
This guy is deviant, that's for sure; he was planning this for a while. However, I had his phone number (from the verification) and quickly looked it up. I found a match in Chicago and asked his IRL friend who played on the server with him about what city he lived in. Sure enough, he did live in Chicago. He also had an accent that gave it away. Additionally, he had his address in his AIM info. His AIM name also matched that of the results that came on my search. So now, I have all his info and will get my account back.
Be forewarned: this guy is crafty; but he makes mistakes. He will probably make another account here on MD and will attempt to do this again, except this time, a lot better.
