Firstly I didn’t request you sent as friends and family. Send proof. There is none I never asked for that. You sent money and within 1 hour you recalled it from PayPal. That’s why I didn’t send you the info.

#1 It turns out he stole the account from someone.

#2 He “sold” me the account for $300 but even after he had the funds from my Verified PayPal account, which I sent via “Friends and Family” at his request he would not give me the login info. I had to file a fraud case against him to get my money back.
