Scammed by ACPlakshay, a "verified" seller with a stickied thread.

This is the second time I'm making this thread so I'm a little salty.

To start things off, I wanted to buy some gems for cheap on Castle Clash so with a little searching I quickly find a thread listed here (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/102...ding-Services-Verified-Seller-PayPal-Verified) and decide to contact him for his services. Now again, he is verified and has lots of positive feedback so I didn't expect or even question his authenticity which was bad on my part, but I didn't expect someone with his kind of merit here to be a scammer.

So I copy paste his Line ID listed in his thread to make sure I don't contact a fake and I tell him how I found him and got to know him a little bit and within a few days I decided to let him log into my account and had him buy some gems. Everything seemed to work fine and I paid him using PayPal. A couple days later I make another purchase and he confirms he received payment and buys the gems.

Now, after a few days of not talking to him he sends me a message asking how I'm doing and basically just wants to know if I want him to buy more gems or not so he can decide if he wants to scam me now or later. I tell him I'll let him know when I want to buy more gems and we part ways for a few more days.

Now, seemingly out of nowhere I get a message in game saying my account is suspended and to contact live support. So after I contact live support I learn my account was suspended because of charge backs of purchases made October 2 - October 4. You can see from the pics that these purchases were all made by ACPlakshay so he is the only one who could've charged them back.

So after learning this I confront him on Line about it and he is all over the place telling me that it wasn't him because he didn't make those purchases and the devs must have found out about him buying me gems and all this BS trying to manipulate me even more than he already had. But, very conveniently, once I send him pics of the live support conversation confirming the purchases charged back were the ones he made he suddenly stops responding to me completely.

Now, you may be thinking "Well if he's a scammer why does he have so many positive reviews?". Well, when he first makes the purchases and everything seems fine he bugs you to leave feedback multiple times and I, ignorant of the scam that was going on, decided to do him a favor and leave a good review just like others had.

Because of his charge back scam I am now $224.75 in debt to IGG and until I repay them my account is suspended.

Now knowing all of this I'm assuming, as you probably are, that he's not gonna pay the $224.75 to IGG. All I'd like as compensation is to have him banned on this site (preferably IP banned so he can't do the same thing under a different name) and his thread taken down and removed so others won't be a victim to the same scam I was. Thanks to anyone who reads this and helps. Any questions or ways I can further this dispute please message me personally or comment here.

How much was paid for this service? please provide the paypal (i assume you used this for payment) screenshots. what was the total value of gems purchased, for instance what is the ingame price in usd.

Theres a lot of ways sellers perform this services. A lot of them use different currencies which they can buy the gems cheap and take your USD which is worth a lot more. Other less honest vendors use stolen credit cards, we do not allow this but in general have no way of knowing this until issues occur.

Also Ip bans do not work. Sorry. Its just too easy to change your ip.

1) Why haven't I received negative feedback from any other buyers?

2) If you got charge back for that your account should have been used for transaction but I guess nothing like that happened

1) You get people to post feedback BEFORE you charge back the money you spent and screw them. I don't know why they don't go back and give negative feedback after as I have, but that's far from evidence proving any of my claims to be false.

2) Please clarify because I don't understand what you're saying.

None of that stuff matters, you're changing the subject. You are not defending yourself at all! If anything that shows me that you're guilty of charging back these purchases and getting my account suspended and you know you can't defend yourself. You've been exposed. If you have any counter argument to ANY of my claims then let's hear it.

Lol also you just gave me a negative feedback for being a "fake buyer" even though I have screenshots of you confirming you received my money and PayPal pics of the money being sent out.

I don't know why you haven't been exposed earlier but I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure you don't scam anyone else. Give me all the negative feedback you want. I'm not a seller and I don't care about my reputation here but your rep is how you're able to easily scam other members.

ACP logs into vin's account and purchases gems.
Sale complete, a few days pass. ACP asks if Vin wants more gems.
Next day account is suspended.

Yes that's essentially how it went but just to clarify, I was suspended because he charged back the money he spent on my account. Up until he charged back all the money things were fine. I paid him, he bought the gems.

Chargeback is not possible until the purchases were made from your account, however the devs might have got to know that you've purchased from 3rd party, that's possible, well I'm not gonna pay you 220$ or something, I can pay around $100 which is close to the amount of which you purchased from me

The damage to the account is the amount that must be refunded. If ACP did not charge this back they are stolen credit cards

If you had refunded the $110 when you said you would I would have gladly taken the $110 and left it at that but you kept blowing me off and stalling and now I've learned I can get the full $224 compensation. That's what you get for procrastinating. I'd like the full compensation. At this time you've refunded $55 total.

The refund as the buyer and I agreed upon is processed like 50% of the amount of right now, rest will be sent as soon as possible, why is my verified membership taken down?
