I would make a comparison between various options for Antivirus software if I were you, then decide the best suit your need. I tried Bitdefender accordingly to a recommendation but turned out it didn't work for me. So you should have your own judgment I would say.

You don't really need an anti-virus because Windows 10 already has one built in, for me personally it's enough.

malwarebytes is not a anti-virus... I use windows defender on my Windows 10 computer's.

Don't trust Windows Defender. Kaspersky as an company has some really good vulnerabilities discoveries but earlier this year there was some drama about them providing information to China (Or Russia, I don't remember crearly)

I'd say go for any famour Anti Virus, like AVG, Kaspersky or Avast!, and also learn how to set up a solid firewall rule set. You can't never be protected enough!
