Quick Question

A few months ago i purchased and account from a user and there was a middleman involved. So now the person i bought it from has pretty much screwed me over. Does the responsibility fall back on the middleman that vouched for this person?

Explain how you came across this middleman, usually if you're going to use one you should personally trust them and they should have more than just the seller's word to back them up, for all you know it's the same guy on a different AIM.

But no, generally the blame would never fall on the MM.

Agreed, you cannot blame someone for vouching for another because ultimately it was up to you to interpret the individual's intentions.

Well i had a post on markee dragon that i was buying accounts so i had a guy contact me with a hunter for sale he didnt have a paypal but he was good friends with a MD Mod and said he wanted to use him as a middleman.. So i contacted the mod and checked everything out and he said the guy was legit and could be trusted so we did the deal through the mods paypal. So basically i trusted everything would be fine since a mod was the MM but things are not fine now im out of an account and the money.

Sounds like the mod was a friend of his contact him and see if he can help reach the oo

I don't think you can pin the responsibility on the MM, but if what you're saying is true I believe the mod should have someone at least question him about this.

If the mods Paypal was used then the Mod is semi responsible IMO.

MM'ing is not allowed on MD I believe, especially for admins/mods.
