Question about boosting businesses

I have boosted in-game but I never ran a full boosting business. These businesses seem to have somewhat more advanced websites and invest a lot to adwords and display ads. I have some questions:

1. How much money do you need to setup such a thing?

2. Do these businesses have established clans within the games or cooperate with some of the top ones?

3. do your customers leave their account information when they pay through the site or do they have to contact you on skype?

I suppose it must be hard to outsource so many boostings to unknowns over the internet.

1. The money to start a boosting business can go from free all the way upwards to 2k$+. It really depends on what you want. If you can budget a high end website you are going to be on the higher end of paying out a lot of money. If you don't have the funds for a website you can hire boosters and just create a discord group with them. If you hire boosters then you are responsible for them.

2. Most businesses promote that they are hiring for different games through the forums or any other gaming forum that allows them to promote that they are hiring. For example you can post that you want to hire boosters here: https://www.epicnpc.com/forums/job-hiring-offers.1425/ When I had a boosting team for Overwatch I required that they showed me their top 500 stats so I knew they could do their job.

3. From my experience on boosting websites they typically have customers leave the account information when they pay. It is normally left in notes of the payment and gets sent to the booster dashboard to help automate the website.
