Although, like many, I was initially skeptical, I decided to purchase their VIP package on the off chance that it would actually work. I have to say, Unbanster surprised me at every turn; they allowed me to get back my Maplestory permanent ban sentence reduced to just a removal from rankings. Their customer support is very helpful, and they're always eager to help. Would recommend!

If you mean free service for vouches, nope, we've stopped doing that after quite a few unbanned customers "forgot" to leave a vouch. Not saying you'd do that as well, but it's just something we no longer do, unfortunately. Sorry!
