What is the dispute about?
I am selling my PokeMMO account, and after we talked about it in discord he sent payment through paypal, so i send the log in information, and he clearly stated that he already log in with no problem, but few minutes later he filled a case that he didnt make the purchase and trying to get the money back

if he is indeed not the owner of the paypal account then surely hes a scammer,

If he is the owner of the paypal account he is also a scammer



Other details / notes: when the transaction begin my timezone is at 01.20 AM 28 September and his probably at 27 September

The transaction end on 01.36 AM on my timezone and the dispute sent to my email at 02.03 AM, if we assume that paypal dispute instantly sent after he request for a dispute there is only like 27 minutes delay to "the real owner" recognize the transaction

If paypal does have delay to send a dispute then there is only less than 27 minutes to "the real owner" recognize the transaction

Which is in my opinion so fast response, because you need to recover the account, change password, vertification, and that could do if you instantly recognize the "unauthorized purchase"

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
