Petition to recall Anja's Moderator Status!

You need to give reaons. Plain and simple. Just because Cheazer says Anja is a scam does not mean its true. Dont just come in here and say stuff when you more than likely havent read the whole thread and dont know what's going on.

This isnt some little thing, Someone Mod privelages, trading rep, and possibly MD account are at stake here. Think before you hit the submit button. You need to give Anja the benefiet of the doubt not only because she is Mod but also because there is no susbtantial evidence besides some people talking and some screenshots that could be altered or completely fake all together

I agree when i traded her she traded incredibly fast and as soon as we traded she posted my character up for trade without hesitation. She trades incredibly fast and wrecklessly, and with multiple people. She even admitted that when the account she traded me got recalled she could not even find the original owner until 2 days later. When you trade her you dont get a account she has had for months or weeks its a account she has had for just a day or 2.

But does that make her a scammer? No. It just makes trading her a bit more insecure, as the accounts aren't established. Unfortunately, there are no written rules as to how long an account must be in ones posession before trading.

Trading accounts is wreckless. If you don't have the accounts e-mail set to yours, don't trade it, plain and simple.

It makes no difference whether she had it for 2 days or if she had it since release. I dont even know why you felt the need to say this

Think about this: One time someone had a priest that I wanted but they only wanted a rogue for it, guess what i had? A warrior. I went out and found someone with a rogue and got it, when i went back to the guy with the priest he had already traded. I came here and posted on markee that i had a rogue for trade, this all happened in under an hour...Did i get called a scammer? NO...bs reason IMO~

Also, she trades WRECKLESSLY, that right there is <font color="yellow"> PURE GOLD </font> thanks for my new sig

Sorry, I should have made it more apparent that I thought is suspicious of you two always posting together. And it is hardly the need to flame people. That is what is considered flaming. And don't you mean "End your pain", as we are causing no harm to anyone or anything except your ego and ultimate goal, whatever it may be.

And i do not think her mod powers should be revoked, almost everyone here is only signing for the chance to become a mod themselves, as seen in magicmasters post, and that is no reason to want to revoke somones powers. Wait until all our time is up vote again, and then she wont become another mod simple as that. But if you feel you need to revoke her mod status just to have a shot at becoming a mod yourself, then this has gotten out of control.</font>

First, there are screenshots of Anja saying she used to scam.

Second, you're getting all defensive, maybe you should chill and relax a little or it might set off the wrong impression.

Third, Anja DOES have to proves something. Are you mental? Why do you think we would want a previous scammer moding our [censored] boreds. Seriously get a [censored] clue. So before you come on here posting your pathetic attempts to save your friend, think a little harder and maybe make up a story or something.

I don't know if you didn't hear what MD said, but I will state this again:

1. As it is in the Court of Law of the United States of America, one is Innocent until Proven Guilty. As it stands, Anja has not been proven guilty, and thus has nothing to prove, you guys do.
2. I am not getting defensive. I have done nothing but state simple facts throughout the discussion on this thread, and have been constantly been flamed by those who offer up no proof of anything, because of my conservative stance on the matter.

Never once have I said she is or isn't a scammer. Never once have I said anything derogatory towards anyone else. I would appreciate, as I am sure the rest of the community would be, if you would drop the immaturity and post some compelling evidence of her being a scammer at the present time. I am as of yet to see it.

So, as it stands, I am not mental. And I really wish that you would try to understand politics, debates, and judicial systems before making irrational posts. But, then again, how does that phrase go... "Wish in one hand, sh*t in the other, and see which one fills up first"?

ok. I've talked with Anja. I read all of the comments here in this thread. I see some stuff that suggests something is wrong. But that's as good as it gets. There has been ZERO proof posted. Just a lot of claims. I'm looking at this the same was a court judge would. If there is no proof presented then there is nothing to do.

I really don't like things that are not cut and dry. This is one area that is a huge gray area. I don't want any scammers in our forums. At the same time I don't want anyone accused of scamming that is not doing so. So if it seems like I have some indifference on this subject that is where it is coming from.

I also want to mention that if a mod were scamming this is the very reason why I has all of you vote on who you wanted to see as moderators. I personally have not found a way to 100% ensure the honesty of people. I know that this is very important to everyone but in this case it's something I do not have 100% control over.

For the future. We will be doing a vote again for moderators. The mods that are currently here will be automatically in the vote. But if you have any issues with any of them. You think they are a scammer. You think they are an idiot or you just think they are a lame dork you will have the chance to not vote for them.

So as of this moment I see nothing that says that Anja is in fact a scammer. So this judge says there is not enough evidence to even hold a trial. /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
