What is the best account type for me as seller without personal site?

Personal, Premier or Business?

well I've been using paypal since I started, I've had a personal account, till recent, I upgraded to business, there's no difference, to me at least. I'd say just make a personal, you can change it anytime I'm pretty sure.

There are atleast 2 differences between Personal and Business accounts as far as i know. Personal accounts cant have Paypal pay button(the one you can put on your website). Business accounts have country payment restrictions, for example when i upgraded to business i can not send payments to other Business accounts in Russia anymore.

They can. You just don't have the option to enter to settings and the creation page. But simply visiting a link which takes you there directly works and allows you to create and use buttons normally.

When i was looking into it then i found this page and assumed that Premie or Business account is a prereq for button to work correctly, upgraded my account for that very reason.

Make a personal account and upgrade it to premier. Thats all you need since you are a seller without a website.

Business requires a business name and other details that you don't require currently.

Make sure you verify fully to get the advantage of lifting limits from paypal account.

premier actually still personal kinda like personal+ , my paypal still premier not going to upgrade it unless im running a company.
btw, you can have both account personal and business, so you dont need to upgrade them if you were planning to keep your personal account.
