Need info on suspected scammer

ok this guy i am buying a jedi from him today i am send my money to HIS FRIENDS paypal account and HE is giving me the jedi account info and password.. HE told me HE has to wait for his FRIEND to get home before we can do it i smell scam anyone else his name on here is EMERICA123abc. please tell me if u know anything
