I've run into a little dilema, I have $35.00 in my paypal account but need it out like right now.
Since it takes 3-5 days to do I can't really do it.

Sooo.. I was wondering if someone could W/U Me like $20.00 and I'll paypal them the $35.00

You should request a PayPal debit card so you can use your balance instantly if it's available for you to get it
