runes dont really know but i do have 9x of some of the more popular ones as for quints i have a mixed assortment
currently have a little over 4600 ip on the account and a little over 118(i know its nothing) RP on the account.
The account wasnt really used for high elo play i mostly did bots and messed around hence the non-existent ranking and low(around 100-120 ish) pvp normal wins. I Am asking 80$ for the account well under what the skins alone would cost.

3: you send the Money VIA Paypal(i will provide my account name/Email to you in skype call)
4:Once i receive the money i will tell you the password to the account and you can go in and change it. After you have changed it let me know and the Deal will be finished. During this i ask that you have the na.leagueoflegends.com page open to log into the account asap and change the password to whatever you want.
this is not the first time ive sold an account for a game this way and i find it works as long as both parties are serious about buying and/or selling.
