Pity is at at least 36 but they redid the history with the do so I can't tell for certain. I think it's close to pity, last 5* I got through it was Eula. So maybe in the 50-60's range? Permanent banner is at 11.
Story wise I've done most of Inazuma. I'm not sure exactly what patch I'm on but I included a picture for reference. I think all but one anemoculus has been found. Still quite a bit of geoculus and electro ones to be found.
