Well, yesterday started out like any other day. I was looking for an account to purchase and sure enough one caught my eye. A very good MD friend of mine, Mordred69, had a shadow priest up for sale -- an 8/8 T6 one no less.
So, we go through the thing about my buying the account. I get home to log into the account and after about 5 minutes into gameplay, the account was banned. Mordred69 had the account for no time at all and he had done nothing to it. As I have several accounts and none of them were touched, I am not of the belief that it was my fault either.
After I find out about the account ban, I call Mordred69 back and we chat it up for a bit and try to figure out what to do. (Please note that Mordred69 would have issued a refund for the account that purchased, but he was purchasing an account of his own at the time and he paid via WU, as did I for the SPriest.) Mordred69 decides to call Nachoo and see what is up. Nachoo answers and says that he will return the Mage that Mordred69 had traded him for the Shadow Priest, no questions asked.
Now, my first thought here is, why would someone return an account, no questions asked? My opinion, and it is just that, is that Nachoo had a feeling that this account was being watched or something of that nature.
Several phone calls have been placed to Nachoo's cell phone by Mordred69 and none of those calls have been answered. I tried to message Nachoo last night about it and sure enough he logs immediately afterwards. Of course this type of behavior is acceptable for someone who is trying to be evasive.
That is pretty much the sum of the story. The main purpose of this story is to be VERY careful with Nachoo and the accounts that he is trading. They very well could be being watched. Also, he seems like an individual that goes back on his word very easily. Surely not someone that deserves a TWV in my opinion.
Anyways, thank you all very much for your time and I hope that I have enlightened you a bit if you do choose to trade with him or do any other business with him.
