The account has chat restrictions which can be apparently removed by switching servers ( there's a free transfer to Turkey,EUNE,LAS,LAN ), so moving to EUNE and then coming back to EUW would remove the chat restrictions I suppose. Didn't do those transfers because maybe someone would want to just transfer to EUNE or some other server for free and stay there.

I won't be selling the account right away, want to do it at s5 start/ranked reset.

Yeah apparently you can't remove them, so it just makes the acc cheaper. Glad I didn't end up changing servers to try and remove them myself in the end. This post about not being able to remove chat restrictions came up recently though ( http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueofleg..._1700_chat_restriction_changed_server/cmgc812 ) about a month ago by RiotLyte, at the time of posting didn't know that yet, now I can't change the first post content so just posting this here.

PS. u can't edit the chat banns. riot confirmed u can't remove chat / ranked disables by swapping servers ... gl selling!
