I have been selling services related to MapleStory since January 2016, you can check my feedback -here-

All accounts i have for sale, are inactive between 1.5 to 3 years.
This service is running now for 2 years, with a 0% ban ratio.

After purchase, buyer is responsible for whatever happens to the account.

You cannot change password to the accounts i am selling, but you can change PIN code.
