Hey guys, so I am looking to get a laptop to have for internet, email, and the occasional gaming on it. I would like to get a mac because I've never had one and it seems like something I would be interested in trying out.
I've been looking at a couple re-certified macs on newegg and I am trying to decide between two of them and would just like some input on them both. The one I am leaning towards (once it becomes available) is the mac with the nvidia card in it. That mac seems better equipped but less money so that's why I am a little confused.
Newegg.com - Recertified: Apple MacBook Pro MA610LL/A-R Notebook Intel Core 2 Duo 2.33GHz 15.4" Wide XGA+ 2GB Memory 120GB HDD 5400rpm DVD±R/RW ATI Mobility Radeon X1600
Newegg.com - Recertified: Apple MacBook Pro PCW-MA896LL/A-R Notebook Intel Core 2 Duo T7700(2.40GHz) 15.4" Wide XGA+ 2GB Memory 160GB HDD 5400rpm DVD±R/RW NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT (The one I am leaning towards)
some input would be awesome. From what I am used to PC wise the second one seems better off spec wise but I could be wrong.
