I'm looking to start playing GW2 so i don't need any character, everything at lvl 0 would be ok.
I want to trade it for a LOTRO account that i have with a level 42 character burglar geared in the Riddermark server. That account has unlocked 2 of the expansions (Moria and Mirkwood) and some other areas (Misty Mountains and Evendim) So you can level now from 0 to 65 without paying a cent on expansions or other stuff and get on the scalable raids whenever you want.

- Mirkwood expansion (14.99$)

So you can level now from 0 to 65 without paying a cent on expansions or other stuff and get on the scalable raids whenever you want.
To be honest this is not intended to save time but money, trading the 40 bucks spent in lotro into GW2 wich also costs 40 bucks. However if you want to play the burglar instead of leveling from 0, it's your choice.
