Leveling and Selling?

Hey forum, just a quick question. Is leveling a character to 80 and selling it profitable? I mean, yeah I know a lot of the well geared characters go for a good sum of money, but how about a fresh level 80? I would only want to make a bit more than what the keys cost me.

That would depend on how fast of a leveler you are.

Even if you outfit a character with the best gear and vanity, you would be selling your time for pennies on the hour. When I sold my account, which I spent months playing... I was simply looking for a sense of closure and getting something back out of it. Even if you were to level your character in two days played time, and happened to sell it for $200 (way over priced), you would have made on average $4 per hour. I suggest finding a summer job if you're looking to earn some money.

My fresh 80 accounts with a full pvp set and epic weapons are bought for $150 by a personal buyer of mine, but if you need money a real job is the best way to go.
