Just looking to see if there is a place that buys laptops that don't work. Got a m18x that I'm looking to trash or make a few bucks on.

whats the issue or whats does not work. have you gotten any estimates to repair?

If its not a charging issue did battery hold a charge last time you used it?
What are the specifications? Are you including a charger?

16 Gig Ram
1TB HD
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675 x 2 sli
Power Brick.

I turn it on and i can hear a click, sometimes the power comes on briefly.

I have no idea whats wrong with it or the cost of repair, I got a buyer at 350$ but he is from notebookreview forums, has rep and all but from sloveniu and shipping would be around 100$, which he says he will pay but idk, figured I would ask here.

Well idk about shipping out to a random country especially with that shipping fee. $350 isn't a bad price.
A lot of scammers over seas.

See this could be a few things. A GPU could be shorted or dead causing it not turn on. (I think I read your thread) and those people are correct.
It could be a very expensive fix. gpus are a few hundred by themselves. I cannot see part number to give exact price.
It could be a bad mother board or processor too.
