Try changing your HDD, HWIDs often track the drive.
Also you should consider logging in through a virtual machine, night help. The problem is, virtual machines are usually banned

I got banned not long ago by epicgames for unknown reason the only thing i did was contact them to change my email & sold account but anyways. i had a laptop i tried every solution that exists nothing worked. i just built a new pc and i'm now having a good life lol.
A friend of has a desktop who got banned too , he changed only motherboard and he is back into the game.
