I have hq21 at 32m power, trap base with 600k t3 and 100k t3 traps. Commander level 49 @ 160m XP
Good trap gear ready to be made at level 50.
Also have hq17 At 12m power, 200k troops that also has good research to be a trap base but is setup more as a bank for the hq21
Bases are in sopa, 106:404:706 and accounts are in family that hold CP
