How to setup a boosting website (?)

Hello everyone

First of all, i would like to mention that i've been boosting for around 4 years various games including Hearthstone/WoW/League of Legends and Overwatch.

I decided to setup my own boosting website just because i've been taking positive feedback from most of the buyers i dealt with. Currently i am boosting for a website but i find it really time consuming for the amount of money i do what i do for.
So, here is where i need your help.

1: What platform to use it on?

People told me about wix, GoDaddy or Wordpress. I haven't got a premium account there yet (on any of them) but any info will be greatly appreciated.
Are these platforms good enough to handle and good enough to hold a website like this? Anything will really help me!

2: Is it illegal?

Do i have to "hide" the server/site somewhere since Boosting is illegal?(while logging on other people's account)
If yes, how do i do that? How do i deal with "threats" like that if there are any?

3: Cost of advertsiment?

Question for those who run successful websites already. How much do you pay to advertise your websites a week or a month?

Wix is a site builder tool, godaddy is a hosting (has a site builder too) and wordpress is a CMS. Those are different things.
If you have no experience with building websites, I suggest you hire a developer to do it for you and possibly another one (or the same) who will manage it in case there are problems.

It's not illegal. You are breaking the game's ToS but not the law. They can't do anything to you.

3)
Can't really answer that, but it really depends on your budged.
Let's say that for some starting ads that will give you some results, you'll need around $500.

Ads are not cheap. If you go with say google adwords expect to pay a premium maybe a couple hundred a month on low end.
You will barely show up in search if you do not pay for advertising honestly its a crap system but its how it works.

advertisements on a forum here alone is $50+ a month. Banner ads in one forum are $0.30- $0.75 per day.

Now obviously you can advertise for free via threads here and other forums too.

Thank you very much for your replies. Just one more thing before i hire a dev.

Can i use GoDaddy let's say, for both hosting and building, and be able to customise my website by my own after my dev's work?

I definitely suggest wix if you want to try doing it on your own. Its a very easy platform to use.

I am not that big of a name but I spend around $25/week on advertising. This does not include the graphic designers I hire to help create my threads/banners which are always changing.

My suggestion would be to create a business plan before investing into your website/ brand. Do you make enough profit to cover all the website expenses? Is is worth investing into a website or is just creating threads around forums good enough?

I'd suggest building your own brand first before creating your own website.
