It took me 1-2 weeks to change my WOT email address, and only after I provided my credit card statement to them proving ownership. It was NOT an easy task, and required multiple support tickets.
So my question is - for people buying/selling accounts, how are you doing this if you cannot change the email? The only way to ensure ownership is to actually allow the person to change their email.

One thing I thought of..
Someone that wants to sell their account should go through the process of changing the email, then change it to a 'placeholder' email through WOT. Then simply provide the email account AND the game account to the new purchaser. Otherwise there is simply no way to guarantee ownership for the purchaser.
That's actually a viable solution people should use prior to offering an account for sale.
