should have 1 lvl 80 weaver
should have 1 lvl 80 chrono
weaver should have at least ascended trinckets and a ascended staff
account needs to be on NA or have a free transfer left.

lvl 80 firebrand
lvl 80 druid
weaver preferably full ascended with infusions (just statsinfusions, not agony infusions)
having 500 tailor/weapon/armorsmith skills
