Dont assume he's a scammer cause he is new, just because previously banned scammers make intro's doesnt mean everyone who makes one is a previously banned scammer.

It can be done via PM/IM/Report Post button.
No need to make a public stunt, just ask one of us privately to run an IP and we'll be more than happy to do it.
