Whenever I sign in on my laptop a black screen appears and a little box pops up saying "Windows has stopped working". Earlier today I ran my regular virus scan and I had no viruses, I've tried restarting my computer but it keeps popping up. I can't do anything (Load anything, search start menu etc.)
