Help Please, question about transfering a WoW Toon.

Hi,
I traded for a rapeage hunter recently
If I go buy all 3 copies of WoW , and make a new account
My first name His Last name,
make my own SQA, and info.

And I'm the only one who knows the new SQA, and name.
Can the character ever be recalled?? please help

Yep the character can still be recalled back by the original owner with his id
