Hello I'm new here. I was thinking about buying an account, But I had a few questions about steam first.

1. How many cs:go items can a account hold.
2. I know you can't add friends unless you put $5 on steam, but can you trade (send and receive) after you ad the mobile guard? Like if the account is brand new and does not have any games or cash? Do I have to download a free game?
3. What would be the wait time for a new account just made?

Thanks for any help or pointing in right direction to find the info. Is this best place to post or is there like a steam/account discussion forum?

Unlimited, if there is smth u don't want, you can sell it on steam marketplace.
