Google's new layout?

Anyone else notice the new google search result layout? Its fixed width and theres a new left side bar that just has the same links that are at the top. I don't mind the side bar too much, but the fixed width I hate.

Is anyone else getting this?

It's looking pretty normal to me, not getting a side bar at all.

I don't think it looks to bad. Different yeah, but nothing to off the wall.
