How am I supposed to recover my Email? Google keep saying "you didn't provide enough info for google". I litteraly trying to recovering that email from the same Device, same location and even the same Wifi network.

Even though I remove the recovery phone number and recovery email on the same day and it hasn't been a day yet but for some reason Google didn't ask for a code at all. The recovery phone number and recovery email have been connected for more than 7 days.

This is when I'm login to that account from my phone. More than 7 Days.

The Problem is after buyer said all set I think it's all safe so I remove the email from my phone. But apparently a few moments later he said that the account was disabled.

Is it an account you created? or is an email off an account you bought? If you bought the account you did not wait long enough and locked it.
 
I typically tell the buyer not to change the google account details for 30 days of being actively logged into the google account. It is how google decides a device is secure by having 30 days access to the account. This changes from time to time with google but currently my understanding is that this is still true. It is not great when dealing with untrusted people but google is hardcore about security, seen them permanently lock out accounts from even the original owner.

The account was disabled because too many IP addresses and devices were used simultaneously. What you will need to do is use the original device that created the e-mail, contact support, tell them it was you that wanted to make the change, and have them reenable the account for the other device.
