Reported problem: Although I have the account, there is a problem where I cannot manage the subscription of the premium membership since it is through Google Play. I checked the gmail that was given to me to see if the subscription was still up but it's not. After figuring some things out, I've realized you can play with a different Google Play account and login with the gmail and pay via that Google Play, which means the subscription is attached to a different Google Play account or gmail. I was initially told that this was cancelled when I had bought it, but when it came to the next day of payment, it went through and renewed. I notified the seller of this and asked for updates daily, but haven't gotten back to since Wednesday. Because this is concerning the account security and the potential of a chargeback of the owner of the Google Play with the subscription, I want this resolved as soon as possible.
Outcome of dispute: After sale the subscription was purchased via another Google Play account. Buyer wanted the seller to cancel the subscription and unlink the account, but the seller never responded despite being the OO. Seller was banned.
