Reported problem: The seller scammed me
Outcome of dispute: Seller gave account to buyer. Buyer claims they could not access, seller then said they can't access.
Checking the email 2 days later it was deleted.
Outlook gives 30 days to undelete, but I could not find any option to undelete.
Seller was told to undelete, but claimed it's not his email and got the account from someone else. he refused to contact that person.
Since the seller could not undelete and recover the email account, he was banned.
