Reported problem: after about two months of receiving the account (i received it on aug 31 2025) the email got changed. i contacted the seller on epicnpc and he didnt respond, so i contacted him on discord and he did. he claimed that he didnt recover the account and it might've been the original owner that did. so im reporting and opening a dispute so that all of it could be on the record.
Outcome of dispute: Account recalled. Seller claimed he purchased it from https://ggmax.com.br/perfil/Feliperuizz
Seller opened a dispute against this user and based on the evidence the user did not reply and was banned, but the account on ggmax never showed banned.
Valance was unable to help recover the account and refused to refund. Banned.
