He asked me to cancel it, claiming that his account was blocked. I don't know why he agreed to sell the account via PayPal. I actually canceled the transfer at his respectful request. After the cancellation, he claimed I was a fraud, and I had done nothing but ask him. Of course, his request was: Can you cancel the transfer? We discussed the matter in front of him, and then he went to sleep. I told him that he was feeling very tired, and I didn't want to disturb him. After that, we communicated via our private messages on the website, of course, and I confirmed that I was not a fraud, etc., and that I had resumed the transfer and had proof of this, and that the amount would be transferred to him. However, we discovered that the seller's PayPal account had previously been blocked. I tried contacting PayPal support and contacted them, but I was unable to cancel the transfer again, and the amount would be transferred to the seller. Now the amount has been officially transferred to the seller's account, and I have all the proof from conversations with PayPal support. You'll see this in the conversation we had with the Trade Guardian. I have no choice. I want to complete the transaction according to the Trade Guardian terms, which is the agreement between us as stated in the Trade Guardian, after paying the fees, of course, which is payment via PayPal. Outcome of dispute: Buyer paid. Seller's Paypal account became permanently locked. Buyer could not recover payment and seller recalled account.
Selller was banned.
