Reported problem: Good evening.
I have an account on Epic Npc and my name is EugenioDxD. I recently bought a Zenless Zone Zero account from Uchigatana and paid 280 dollars for it. I also paid the middleman Angel to increase security. I played the game for about a week and shopped over €150, after which my account was stolen. I still have all the screens of the uid and the characters and thanks to my friends I discovered that my account is now in the possession of a user I don't know. In addition to this when I had shopped I had saved the card data and the attacker had free access to my Postepay Evolution stealing over €370 and using them to make other purchases in the app. I have all the necessary screens to try everything and I have already contacted the middleman several times but without an answer from him. The seller answered me but he doesn't seem willing to cooperate. There are large figures at stake in addition to the damage caused by the lack of confidentiality of my personal account data and tomorrow I will have to block the card and file a complaint. I ask for a collaboration to solve the situation with the seller.
