Dear EpicNPC Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am contacting you regarding Transaction #140327. I am currently facing an issue with the buyer, who has falsely accused me of attempting to scam him or recover the account. I would like to clarify that I am not the original owner of the account and have no access to it.
The buyer still has full access to the account, while I do not. I have also spoken to Mr. Angel and Mr. Delac regarding this issue but have not received any response so far. I have screenshots that clearly show the buyer is trying to create unnecessary problems.
I cannot accept this behavior and the false accusations being made against me. I kindly request your support in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
