Banned user @stark332 (seller)
User's known information
Reported problem: I delivered the digital product as agreed, with the buyer confirming access. The buyer claims that the first time he logged in, the account was banned. This is untrue, as I have a screenshot showing that he logged in four days ago, meaning he used the account for seven days. The alleged ban occurred after delivery, and there is no evidence that it was caused by a delivery error or fraud on my part. I have no control over the buyer's in-game behavior or the developer's internal policies that could lead to a ban. Therefore, he requested a refund of the amount paid to the bank.
Outcome of dispute: Account was banned for "selling" soon after the sale.
Seller posted sensitive information in the sale thread that could be used to identify the account.
Seller was requested to issue a 75% refund as it seems very likely the ban was because support found the thread and confirmed the account had been sold.
Seller refused and was banned.
