Reported problem: Transaction completed without any problems. Buyer received the account in perfect condition. Confirmed receipt of the account, rated my profile positively, and I did the same for him. Three days later, he requested a refund from PayPal.
Outcome of dispute: Buyer opened a dispute on PayPal and did not respond to the dispute but was online multiple times.
