Reported problem: trying to scam me and make me pay for nothing
Outcome of dispute: SellerProper was the buyer, not seller.
Seller provided images to SellerProper and he confirmed the account was good. Account was given and SellerProper linked his accounts, but never paid.
Then SellerProper stated the account was missing something and didn't want it anymore. Unlinking is not possible for this game so his info could not be removed.
SellerProper was told he must pay since he already reviewed the account and accepted it. SellerProper refused to pay. Banned.
