Reported problem: I purchased this account some time ago and I went to log in today.
My email no longer works in the HSR client and my email has been changed to one that I don't recognize and is not the email that the trade guardian gave me.
I have proof that this account was mine, in addition to purchase history here and from Hoyoverse, as well as access to the email itself.
The ID was: zerosqueens and the attached email was [email protected].
May I please have assistance with this issue? The email that is now showing is: as****[email protected]
So now, I am unable to access the account that I've not changed.
Outcome of dispute: Account was recalled. Based on the evidence, it appears the info was changed back to the original info. Seller kept the original account and stated he would help, however did nothing. Banned after 3 days.
