Reported problem: The account was taken back from me, the seller on discord unadded me and blocked me. I got a notif that someone was trying to change the password on 5/23/2025, I asked the seller what was happening and their excuse was their friend who played on the account didn't know the account was sold. I believed him and now the account is gone, I also contacted kingisle support to see if I can get the account banned. I have no way of getting my money back as I used friends and family, so I just hope I can get his account flagged and the wizard101 account banned.
Outcome of dispute: Account recovered.
SamW101 failed to respond despite being online multiple times.
