Reported problem: Hello,
I've purchased an item from a seller on August 25 (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/com...ull-debut-sign-35-coating-high-spend.2859666/) and have been locked out since September 24. What happened is that the Gmail address the account was bound to when bought was unbound without my knowledge and I can't get into the account because Gmail is the primary login method. I've talked to customer support of the game but they've not been very useful and I've tried to ask the seller for things that could help me recover the account with customer support, like a screenshot of the first purchase confirmation but they keep ignoring my after saying they will do so, without doing anything.
Now contacting you is my last resort as I don't know what can do. And yes I did buy the account using Trade Guardian but you can probably see this anyway.
Hope to hear from you soon. Also the seller stated they were the original owners of the account so noone else could have undbound the Gmail account.
If or when you need anything like screenshots or other proof I can provide them.
