Reported problem: I lost access to the account a few hours after buying it and owner has not been able to recover it after 11 days. I’ve been trying to get some info from him but he has been ignoring my requests
Outcome of dispute: Account recalled. Seller was requested to open a support ticket and provide proof of ownership since he's the original owner.
His ticket was denied because he was unable to answer any questions.
We assume he is NOT the original owner. A full refund was requested and he refused. Roxico was banned.
