Reported problem: Dear EpicNPC Support Team,
I am writing about Trade Guardian Transaction #95473, concerning the World of Warships account purchased from Reyhan_RU.
Unfortunately, it appears that the account has been reclaimed. Either by the original owner or by the middleman who held the recovery details, and I no longer have access to WoWs account anymore.
Last successful login: late December 2024 (approx.).
Current status:
1. Login credentials and the linked e-mail address have been changed.
2. I no longer receive Wargaming password-reset or security messages.
3. Wargaming has notified me that the account password was changed back to the original e-mail address supplied to the middleman. This e-mail differs from the one I had set after purchase.
- The account email already change to mine, then I could not access the WoWs account. wargaming account manager said it could not find account bound to mine email. There is no trace on this email that the account email was changed.
- I have checked email [email protected] that I got from MM (this was from seller/owner?), and found the trace of email that WoWs account password have been successfully changed on April 19th 2025, with the account nickname changed back to original too.
- The two of backup code of Gmail which MM and me only know has been used, which I didn't touch it.
- Wargaming decline to support or investigate because I'm not the one who create the account. Someone recover or request Wargaming to revert the account.
As you can see the present status that changed to the original name from the owner and left the clan to other.

Only MM that hold an initial account detail + backup code of Gmail and owner of this WoWs account can do this.
4. I have already contacted the assigned middleman, DOPEBOOST, but have not received a response. DOPEBOOST is the sole holder of the Gmail backup codes generated at the time of the transaction, and two of those codes were used without my authorization or any notification to me.
Could you please advise me on the next steps under EpicNPC’s Trade Guardian / middleman policy?
